Was curious about it, so gave it a go. Didn't try Fractal Continuum, but Pharos Sirius Hard took about 12-13 minutes. I also don't have Orders all maxed out and there could probably be some improvement over the party structure I was running. If you don't want to commit to a PF/Blue Mage spam group for whatever reason, or gamble on DF quality, it's not a terrible alternative.
