I have an idea of how to make a small QoL change.
Currently the tooltip reads:
Additional Effect: 30% - 100% chance Discerning Eye Activates.
Change that to:
Additional Effect: 30% - 100% chance Discerning Eye Activates. 100% chance Discerning Eye Activates if used as the first action.
Since let's face it, if it doesn't proc, you're just going to dump the attempt and go to another node, until you get a successful proc.
