Just mentioning a few changes that might help with the Community Finder, as well as FC options as a whole. The Community Finder is a great addition, but in some ways of functionality, its makes for a lot of redundant activities that could be made much smoother for applicants and recruiters. Thanks for the consideration, I appreciate the time. ^-^
Community Finder:
- Allow appointing multiple Recruiters/Assistants to handle workload.
- Eventually allow applying through the lodestone to in-game FC application if it is "open" in FC settings. It gets very tedious and time-consuming to hunt down people who mention a desire to join your FC, then often have to hunt them down in-game using search tools on an ongoing basis. It'd be much more reasonable to have some overlap with the Finder and the in-game FC options when it comes to recruiting.
- Better notification system to the Recruiter(s) that a message/response has been posted to the Community Finder, such as email, lodestone notifications, etc. (toggle off and on for those that might not want it). Most times with how it is, you need to be checking constantly in order to not miss someone and often have them think you are ignoring them or leaving them "hanging" so to speak.
FC Settings:
- Notification of pending applications for anyone able to approve/deny applications in FC settings. Have it a toggable ping every time you login, leave an instance, switch areas and/or after a certain amount of time. A mix of that (editable settings)?
- Notification to applicable people when an applicant logs in, where they might be overlooked if you don't check the Applicant tab a crazy amount of times. Nothing is more frustrating with recruiting than having to keep checking the applicants section, and even more troubling when people think you are ignoring their application, when its mainly because you can't constantly be checking for their online status and be playing the game at the same time.
FC Housing:
- Ability to make certain items "unclickable/unconsumable" in settings for items you want as a decoration so people/members don't access items that you need to eventually replace, but still able to access things like crafting stations and Gold Saucer games.
