First the system.
Previously to gather collectible you had to optimise your state, find and optimise a rotation, had a little bit of luck for some proc’s
Know, you press on a button and let rngesus decide if you’re worth. And add to that some luck for the reduction.
And all this, even with the dedicated node, the amount of collectible per minute your gather is lower than previously.
You know how you satisfy incompetent people? You lock reward behind luck instead of locking it behind skill. So if they fail, they blame the game and if they succeed they congratulate them self for being competent. This is exactly what is happening here, SE rewards people who don’t put the effort in.
Second the UI.
Why the hell is the final action (the collect button) a small button in the middle of the windows? And why is the “use my GP” button in a big frame at the bottom of the windows. How many time did you click on the “use my GP” button instead of the collect button?
Thanks for reading my rent…. Maybe I will get use to it, but gosh…. SE I know you need to attract all kind of player to make money, but please find another way than taking the accomplishement satisfaction out of the game. I want to be rewarded because I’m good, not because I’m lucky. And this does not only apply to gathering but to all the mechanism being slowly changed from skill based to luck based. Thanks.
