October has arrived, and alongside all the spooky events and preparation for 5.35, some of you are participating in more artistic pursuits. For this purpose, we've enabled Image Gallery support on the subreddit. Now it's possible to upload and submit multiple images in the same post, without having to link to an external gallery like Imgur.
Image gallery creation is not supported on Old Reddit and some third-party Reddit apps, so if you use Old Reddit (like me), you'll have to navigate to new.reddit.com to submit your images. Galleries can still be viewed on Old Reddit and most third-party apps.
A note on "Inktober" and submitting multiple pieces of artwork.
While fan art is welcome on this subreddit, posting multiple pieces of artwork in a short period of time is a violation of Rule 7a: Spam and Excessive Self Promotion. We ask that anyone who's participating in daily art challenges to please consolidate their artwork into a gallery at the end of the challenge rather than post it daily. This also applies to anybody who wishes to submit multiple pieces of art. Artists should also take care to be active on this subreddit outside of their own art posts, even if it's just yelling about things in the Friday Rage thread.
We're looking forward to see your (neatly consolidated) artwork!
