Job: Monk
Keep: Non-linear combos, something vaguely related to stance and elements, chakra (vaguely).
Toss: Everything else, including the discrete stance keys, Meditation, and Deep Meditation
And edit in ideas as I go. First edit might introduce the new systems and any background changes necessary, second would recategorize my skills into my different forms and start hammering out something concrete, and the third might finally create a full skill list.
