I'd have $270. 17 failed transactions over the years seems a little excessive. I know FF14 isn't a very popular mmo with a tiny player base, and I know square is a small company without much of a world wide presence, but can you at least let me log in or pay for something without secure.square-enix.com crashing or timing out with connection errors. Its gotten to the point that I've erected a small shrine next to my computer and every time I click a submit button their website i say a small prayer and light some incense to the infrastructure gods hoping to see a valid response.
