If extremes are "easy" compared to savages, are savages "easy" compared to ultimates?

I mean "easy" comparitively, obviously, EX is not an easy type of content, it's just much easier than savages. So, being a savage raider but with no ultimate experience outside a random UCOB prog group I found once in PF, how do ultimates compare?
