I've been thinking about ideas for the next set of UI themes in FFXIV, could be like, so I want it to share with you.
We currently have a variety of UI themes: Dark | Light | Classic FF | Clear Blue. (By the way, it would be amazing to have more clear color themes
).
It would be great when we will get more, some day ... perhaps tied to the expansions themselves.
Similar to how the title screen with changes each expansion, new UI themes could be unlocked by playing though it and the theme could reflect the vibe and setting of each expansion.
For example:
I understand that designing UI themes requires a lot of effort and shouldn't be the highest priority, but it would be nice if we could get something like this someday. (Maybe also a customizable / changeable Character select screen like this?)

- Heavensward: A colder aesthetic with stony ornaments and textures.
- Stormblood: A warm design, maybe featuring flames or a theme similar to the Four Lords Adventure Plate.
- (Admittedly, it's hard to describe exactly, but I hope you get the idea!)
