Hey everyone, I'm new to Reddit but I'm encountering quite the problem. I added Crysta to get a Fantasia and transfer a character. I wanted to transfer first but got the infamous i2501 error. So I contacted SE but they just closed their support center (email contact, not chat or phone support since those ones are exceptionally closed) and won't open till next Monday. So I thought of buying a Fantasia for the character in the meantime. And yet, this worked and the Fantasia has been successfully sent to my character. This is mostly why I post that subject since I know there was multiple i2501 cases in the past but I think I've never seen where you cannot pay a service but can still buy items on the Mog Station. So I'm wondering if I should just wait for the 24 hours to pass in order for it to lift itself or wait till Monday to contact the support. Cause that's pretty strange, considering the Fantasia should have been blocked as well.
