First of, sorry about the formatting, I am writing this while frustrated on mobile. So, I have played this game before, and have an account with two expansions bought. I stopped playing for a while, cause...life, and I wanted to return to Eorzea finally to continue leveling my Summoner. Thing is, when I tried to update my subscription, since i changed my card meanwhile, I keep getting the 601 code. My country does not support the crysta system either. I have contacted support and they have been less than useless, as one might imagine, telling me to basically just keep trying and that I will be locked out for 24 hours. Well...I have been trying for days now, qith no luck. Did my money just get wasted...can I not enjoy this game? This entire situation is just deterring me a lot, and I am losing the will to continue trying to fix the problem.
Is there anyone who might know how I can resolve this? There are also no game cards available for purchase in my area, but even if there were, I want to buy a monthly subscription, cause of available cash.
I hope the community can help, since SE have been...lacking. Thanks!
