As I said in my last thread titled "one character consistently crashing" every time I log into that specific character at Azim Steppes, my game crashes to desktop. As I had zero support from this forum's moderators, I decided to make a second character, that, surprisingly, worked just fine. Until I got to the Azim Steppes MSQ in stormblood. Guess what happened when I attempted to load into that zone? Crash to desktop, no error message.
Now, in that last thread, i also asked if it was possible for a gm to manually move my character out of that zone to see if that could narrow my problem down, that was never addressed. So, being that I witnessed first hand that a character newly created worked fine before, and didn't work after, loading into that specific zone. I'm going to ask again if now, some further help can be given to me?
I really, really, want to play this game, but it stands to reason if I can't progress the story, or get support, I should probably just unsubscribe?
