I lost my DAWNTRAIL EXPANSION!?!?!

Explanation;
Exactly as the title says which astonishes me. I've been playing the expansion for a few days now, have my earring and everything saying I preordered and everything.

I had an update this morning and as soon as I finally log in, I'm greeted with a familiar opening that just puzzled me. It was the EW opening! It was so strange but I shrugged it off and went to try and log on to my character anyhow. I was greeted with an error, saying I can not log into my character because they are in the next expansion area. No sh*t? I own it! The game then claims I don't have the expansion installed. I figured it must be an update error so I restart my PC and relog. This time I'm prompt with a window asking for the registration keys for the expansion. So I go and grab it and insert them(Accidentally tried both Preorder & then Standard key). The keys are invalid. It has to be the update, right? Probably needs a reinstall.

So I then check mog site to check if I still have the expansion under my account before I bother with the very long reinstall then load and behold; it's telling me I don't own it anymore with a link to buy it.



Question;
How can this be? It's Saturday, I called Customer support(which has the most confusing answering machine btw) and tells me there's no one to help me because CS isn't available on weekends.

Has anyone else had this issue?
I'm really upset as I barely had anytime to play and I really wanted to catch up quickly to avoid anymore future spoilers with everyone's minions and mounts! Was there a reason for this update that had something to do with the expansion keys? Why bother doing this on a weekend incase something goes wrong for people like me????
