Over the past two weeks I’ve been playing ffxiv, and while going over the main storyline for my character - I realized I’m not really understanding a lot of the background. I apologize if there are obvious pages I could visit, but could anyone point me in the direction of videos or wikis relating to the lore of ffxiv , or are there old ff games I should be playing to get an idea of the backstory.
