I know you're a small indie studio and all, but I'm missing raid because you still can't handle digital payments in 2025. Being locked out of my account because I moved from one part of the US to another part of the US 3 weeks ago is stupid. Why do I have to dump personal information into a random form to try to fix this? Why isn't there a better system in place to service customers that want to give you money for a product?
At least WoW has a GM ticket system that will eventually let me talk to a human within an hour or so. Not some blackhole of a form that may or may not get viewed within the next month.
