 | Back in the day, I bought FFXIV because I was into final fantasy game in general, it was my first mmorpg, predictably I didn't play much as I was a bit lost on the game mechanic. When ARR dropped I went back, at the time I had no idea you could get your previous character back, I made a new account on the same mail adress and started my new journey. When I was made aware you could get back your 1.0 character I was already far along with my current character and also on my 1.0 account nothing was showing, no character so I thought it might still be lost. Today I bought a subscription on my 1.0 account, just to see and I found my character on NA server (balmung) which is funny because I'm in EU and really didn't understand anything about mmo at the time I think.
