Hello! I need advice. I got to lvl 35 and fell in love with this game. I was on a free trial and decided to purchase, through the SE store, the game + all expansions. A code was emailed to me. (PC)
I then went to enter the code into the mogstation and I kept receiving an error code i2501. The error code seemed to be mentioning that it was a payment issue or something. I also was reading stories online of people trying to enter the code from a different ISP, or their phone, and that seemed to work.
I tried everything, and eventually contacted SE support who were no help. They told me to "wait 24 hours, but unfortunately nobody will contact you back." Well, I waited 24 hours and I am getting the same error message.
The only thing that I can see is that SCALEFAST, the retailer from the SE store, has not allowed the charge to go through yet. All my other pending charges from that day have went through on my credit card except this one. Could it be that I need to allow the charge to go through before the code will work? I don't understand as it's been over 3 business days.
