Hunt Log rework proposal to include Hunt Bills

I was thinking of late about what to do with the "H" keybind, currently attached by default to the Hunt Log, as well as managing how to handle shortcuts to all hunt bills currently available through macros (which I've done). And then I thought how nice would be a Hunt Log rework to solve all of this.

First things first, current Hunt Log looses it's pourpose really fast. Once you've done all hunt marks and reach Liutenant rank on your GC, it's rendered useless. It's an easy to go XP and Company Seals source to kick off, but it's a one go thing. Once done, it's over. And it's keybind shortcut also becomens senseless. Adding Hunt Bills to the Hunt Log solves this, and it makes perfect sense. Why have 22 bunches of hunt bills roaming the inventory if I can gather them all on a probably-not-so-tidy notebook?

So my plan goes as follow:

- Rework the entire Hunt Log interface into one similar to the Achievements Log.
- The interface would have three main categories: Hunt Bills, Training Marks and Company Marks.
- Training Marks will include current Hunt Log marks for all 9 classes.
- Company Marks will include current Hunt Log marks for the current Grand Company.
- Hunt Bills would be the brand new addition to the Hunt Log, and will cover all current Hunt Bills and future ones. This tab should be the one that opens by default when The Hunt system is unlocked at Lv. 50. Until then, it should open the Training Marks instead (current hunt log).
- Hunt Bills will be split into categories as well, named after the organizations issuing the bills (Clan Centurio, Clan Nutsy, and so on...).
- Icons for the different mark bills will display under each category, on a similar fashion as if we looked at them in the inventory.
- Each icon will display one of the following:
-- A cross for unavailable/locked bills.
-- A board icon for bills not yet claimed at a board.
-- Numbers showcasing our progression for currently owned bills.
-- A check mark for fully completed bills, which won't be available until next day/week.
- Information about how to unlock the bills or when the next ones will be available and where can be reviewed for locked/unclaimed/completed bills.
- Currency info can be displayed on a corner.

Following is a picture for how I would design the new interface:

Icons could allow drag and drop to a hotbar so people can set individual bills to a hotbar as usual. Macros could still be used for those who want it by expanding the /hotbar command with a new option, hunt, as in the following example: '/hotbar hunt "Elite Dawn Hunt Bills" 8 8'.

With this new interface, the following is achieved:
- The Hunt Log and it's keybind gain a new, durable purpose.
- Better control and overview for hunt bills.
- 'Key Items' inventory cleanup.
- Preserving current functionality for both hunt bills and hunt log, including macro usage and individual bill sets interface.
