The patch notes say:
*Disciple of the Hand or Land level 100
*Players must first complete the main scenario quest "Crossroads" and all the Wachumeqimeqi quests.
Does "all the Wachumeqimeqi quests" mean ALL of the "facet" quests in Tuli for all crafter NPCS (three I think), Bot/Min, and Fishing?
That's all I can think of because that NPC has nothing for me at the moment and I completed all three of the crafting facets.
