I see an incredible amount of healers in all normal content who never has casted a single damage spell. They heal, even when people have taken just 1 point of damage, and then they AFK. I'm not the best with words and don't want to seem annoying or get ganged up on. What are some good ways to tell them to press some damage spells once in a while?
