As title says, I spent most of my morning running The Orbonne Monastery for that sweet, sweet glam and had the same few people running it. One of those was a PLD who was adamant that he shouldn't have to use cooldowns at a "low level" raid and that healers need to do the sick maymay of adjusting.
We tried to level with him and what not but to no avail. Do you just ignore them and keep on keepin' on? Or is it possible to get them to understand that using a cooldown isn't a pressing matter?
