Hello! I just recently got into FFXIV and I've been really enjoying it! But I'm also fast tracking to the expansions since I know that's where the good stuff is.
I'm pretty sure I'm nearing the end of ARR (I just found Cid's airship after after dragon surgeon in Coerthas), but I understand they've got the quests from the patches from 2.1 to 2.55. Do those take a while to get through? Looking at the list of quests it seems like a lot... I thought I was close to Heavensward but maybe not after all?
