How Do I Play This Game? Invalid Registration Code Issue

I bought the complete edition on Steam. I launch the game, I made my Square Enix account, it's asking me for a code, I put the code and it's invalid. I have 2 codes. "Starter Edition" and "Stormbringers standard" both don't work. What do I do?
