Basically just the title. I want to commission an armorer to make the endless expanse shield, and a blacksmith to make the endless expanse sword. The only reason why I ask how to do it here and not just go straight to putting a shout in chat is because I want to know if there are any safer methods due to the cost of all the materials.
EDIT: So I decided to just place my faith in the community and use shout to find someone, and it worked out perfectly! I am now the proud owner of both the endless expanse sword and shield, and for far less than what it would have cost on the market board.
