How do I fix POL E-mail?

Every time I login now it tells me "Unable to check mail, check your settings." The settings are exactly the same they've been the past 3-4 years.

You'll need to call POL and have them reset your MAIL password. Not your POL password but just POL Mail only. It's a seperate password.

You'll need your REG codes to do this.

I believe when this happened to my account, I just went to log into my Mail and it fixed it. Not sure exactly why but might save you some time if it works.

POL says this everytime I am on a different computer like now since I am at Sass house or if I am on Xbox at her house. You have to log into mail and put password on your current computer perhaps?
