How Do Healers Even Function?

I've been on a quest to level my jobs to max level since a little bit before Shadowbringers, and pre-Shadowbringers I was on a hot streak. Got all DPS to 70, and my tanks to 60. But Healers I just feel so exhausted all the time after doing a dungeon. I didn't even get to 50 with all of them, I don't think.

Now I'm 56 WHM and 55 AST, and I can barely bring myself to do more than 1 dungeon in a row because every time I finish a dungeon I feel like I did so poorly. Even if nobody died, there are just so many moments of, "When did your HP get so low?!" where I just feel like I'm not paying enough attention.

And it's not even about my party members messing up, but that is just another detail. If I'm tanking, I just need to know where the aggro is, and cooldown when I need to. If I'm DPSing, I just need to know where the enemy is. When healing I feel like I need to know everything, and when someone messes up, whether it be because they got hit by something they shouldn't have, didn't pop cooldowns, or just came in with garbage gear, that's all put on the healer's shoulders.

It seems like you need to be some kind of masochist to be a healer main.
