I love this game, it’s my favorite game but not the only one I play to be clear, I have 150+ days of play time. And that’s even with months long breaks
But one thing I have never seemed to defeat, is how boring job leveling tends to be.
The only thing that kinda helps is looking at it as “I am not level 63, but I am in the stormblood expansion as a whole” and that has shaved off some of the annoying feels I get.
