How Can I Transfer Ui Settings From One Character To Another?

I read online that you can do it by finding the FFXIV folder in the My Games folder but for whatever reason I dont have it. I only have a folder in there for Final Fantasy XV (15, so not 14). Anybody know how to fix my issue? ;-;
