I want to get some to ultimately make some orchestrion rolls I've been holding onto. The gathering log says it should be in Southern Thanalan. I looked further and the consensus is that it appears there between 4AM and 7AM Eorzean time. I sat and waited and nothing appeared during that time for me. I looked a little further and some say it's tied to folklore? Is there a tome that I need?
