So i doubt anyone really cares, but for my own piece of mind im going to post this. me and my friends have played this game for years together sometimes stopping but always picking it back up for genuine love of the game. Anyway we formed a guild together and got around to try to have the real guild experience recently (before that we were kinda free floating weird i know) after a week of sitting on plots of land only to have to give up on them for one reason or another ( work, school etc etc ie life) today was the last straw we hashed it out and sat on a plot in ward 14 for 16 hours one of us checking the sign every 5-10 minutes and switching off in shifts as life related things came up until bout 10 minutes ago where i decide this was ridiculous we shouldn't have to give up entire days of our life for a plot of virtual nothing in a game because square enix doesn't want to make instanced housing. we as players should have to waste hours or even days or for some dedicated few weeks trying to get that one plot of land so our guild can have its own space this is absurd (one of us got so frustrated he nearly quit playing all together)...at this point id rather pay square enix an extra amount of cash to be allowed my own instanced housing then have me and my friends suffer through days of nothing for it.

tldr: as a guild tried to get housing for days...still don't have it gave up cause we wanted to actually enjoy or game not be enslaved too it.

P.S. why is it other mmo's can manage instanced housing and ffxiv can't? im not being snarky I'm just wondering if there's a good reason for it or if its just them being lazy or what? i love the game i just really want this fixed
