A lot of people complain that there are not enough plots, and maybe that is partly true, but a lot of the blame falls at the feet of those who abuse the housing system to make some gil.
On Behemoth in the Mist, Ward 12, Plot 5 there is someone trying to sell their FC. How do I know this? Not only do they announce it in their FC slogan but they were begging for buyers in the Novice Network and was asking for 300 mil!! This person says they are transferring DCs and they are HOLDING the plot hostage with a throwaway character until someone pays their price!!
How is this fair? I've been trying to get a large for so long but as long as the system allows for people like the owner of that plot to snatch up a plot and then sell it at 6 TIMES THE PRICE THEY PAID nobody will ever be able to move up!!!!
Do something about this. Either make it impossible for anyone to sell houses or make it easy for everyone!!
Also, there is a plot in my ward in the Goblet that has been sitting undeveloped for weeks now. When I say undeveloped, I mean that there is no house on it. This person is just waiting for a better plot to open up so they can transfer. This should not be allowed. There are plenty of people out there who would love that plot and will build on it and treasure it, and not let it sit there with no house. There should be a limit on how much time a plot can sit undeveloped before the land is relinquished!!
