Horoscope/Horoscope Helios can be consumed by someone other than the person who applied it.
I found this out in Puppet's Bunker where my cohealer had Horoscope Helios applied to the party, then I applied my Horoscope and upgraded it to Horoscope Helios. When I activated my Horoscope ability to heal the party, it consumed my cohealer's Horoscope Helios while leaving mine still active. I was then able to activate Horoscope a second time to consume my Horoscope Helios.
Testing this outside of a duty I found that this can only happen if your cohealer casts Horoscope before you.
When I cast Horoscope first, I could not activate Horoscope again after using it to consume my own buff.
Steps: Requires 2 ASTs in a party
1. AST #1 casts Horoscope
2. AST #2 casts Horoscope
3. AST #2 reactivates Horoscope to heal
4. AST #1's Horoscope buff is consumed and the healing effect is applied
5. AST #2 can reactivate Horoscope again to consume #2's Horoscope buff and the healing effect is applied
