Is there some kind of hidden proc for my Ninjitsu to use Fuma Shuriken before Raiton, even without TCJ? I don't see any description in the abilities or Traits that support this.
Sometimes I'll use Raiton (it might have also worked with Katon) and it will execute Fuma Shuriken followed instantly by Raiton (just like TCJ but only with Fuma as the former)
