In one of my recent Shiva clears, I died a few seconds after Icelit, to an unknown source of damage. I've turned to the balance discord and a few friends for assistance, but unfortunately they could not find the reasoning. Thus, I am turning to reddit in hopes of satisfying my curiosity.

Unfortunately, there's no video of the death, but I was near the middle of the arena going north and took damage equal to my max hp, then randomly fell over dead. In the Network Logs, there is no instance of me taking damage right before I died (at 42:20:551).
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
