The health bars of myself/my enemies/the npcs all become transparent and you are unable to tell your health left or the health of your foes. The only way I have been able to fix the issue is to log out and back in again till it happens again. I have had it happen coming out of cut scenes, being raised after dying in a trial, doing quests where a cut scene is involved, after teleporting to a different location.
