Having Trouble Transfering To Full Game From Trial.

I recently decided to try the free trial of FF XIV, but decided to buy the starter edition after playing it for a while. I got a code on the SE Store for it, but when I try to upgrade via Mogstation or just entering my registration code, it keeps giving me an error. Any tips?.
