Have You Had Any Experience With Customer Support During This Pandemic?

TL;DR: I need to reset my security question/answer because I no longer remember it from when I joined many years ago. There's no way for me to do that even though I'm currently logged into my account and have full control over the email account used for it. I submitted the form for assistance on this, but I wonder if CS is working these days.

So here I go, thinking "I have all weekend to play something new, and I've always wanted to give FFXIV a try". Bought it and found out that my Steam account is not enough, I need a Square Enix account.

No worries, I have my email associated with an account that I created back when the Tomb Raider reboot came out. I logged into it, and the FFXIV launcher says that I need to setup a token. No big deal, it's expected.

However, now I'm facing the issue where even though I have complete control of my account, I cannot create the token, because for that I need to answer a security question which I no longer remember the answer to. I don't even remember which of the 4 questions I chose, much less the answer.And to top it off, there's an option in my account to Reset the question, but to do it, I must answer the old one, so for me it's useless.

I already submitted a form for assistance with this. I'm not in the US at the moment so it's difficult for me to give CS a call, so I wonder if anyone has received help from CS via email form during this time.
