Have Some Lore Questions After Finishing Shadowbringers Msq

Just finished SB MSQ and I'm amazed how much they revealed about Ascian origins and hinted WoLs identity but I'm not sure I understood everything. So here are the questions:

1.What actually destroyed Amaurot? Judging by Amaurot dungeon ( If it's accurate retell by Emet Selch) some really wierd shit happened. Monsters didn't look like anything we've seen before and they must be really powerful if they defeated Ascians. Where did they come from and why they destroyed Amaurot? So many questions.

   Was WoL one of the Ascians who summoned Hydaelyn? And are Ardbert( And what happened to him btw?) and WoL one person? Just different shards? I think it was implied in dialogue with Ascians who understands that he's fake.

   How many worlds or shards there are left?It there was 7 Calamities does that mean that there are 6 left?(If there was 13 originally)Also does that mean Bahamut calamity was also triggered because of destruction of another shard?
   
   
3. 
   Who are "regular" Ascians? I mean Lahabrea,Emet and White one(Always forget his name) are only ones who weren't affected by world split but then who are regular Ascians?
   
   
4. 
   Are Ascians and WoL just tempered by ancient Primals and they just fight because they have no will of their own? I think WoL doesn't feel so obsessed with Hydaelyn like Ascians with Zodiark but he's still a tempered technically.
   
   
5. 
   Not actually lore question,but when was last time when we spoke with Hydaelyn or mother crystal. In HW when searching for Minfillia? I think in ShB Minfillia is actually Minfillia as Oracle of Light, bit in HW age was like a vessel for Hydaelyn.
   

Also is Patch 5.1 story heavy? I just can't decide if I should do Story first or just go to endgame and Nier raid now.
