I don't know who decided 1 hour was long enough, especially for a fight with no checkpoints, but I really hope they decide to extend the timer.
Considering the amount of spots that need assigning and the short amount of dungeon time (It takes ~3-5 mins per group, maybe more, to assign spots) , as well as the fact that a vast majority of parties will disband after leaving the first instance, it makes progging with pug groups harder than it should be.
