Copy and paste that into a bookmark on your browser and use that automatically exclude any Non-English forums. I'll adjust this after they release the server specific forums.

Figured out that login to SE crap, now when I do it, it takes me back to the forum w/ some Japanese message I can't read and doesn't give me an option to register?
