Hello! I had to make a forum account just to talk about my experience with Zuskitron! I've been playing this game since ARR on PS3. I don't even remember the ID for that account >.> But I was Vincent Dragneel on Hyperion.
I've never had to report a player in all of these years while playing this game; I've been very lucky to be a part of such a nice & helpful community.
Unfortunately, I had to report some players today and I had the pleasure of talking to GM Zuskitron.
They were incredibly polite, patient, and EXTREMELY professional. They kept the conversation right on topic, while also being able to take the time to speak to me personally. We had a short conversation about how great the community is even. As someone who has managed a customer service team; I really appreciate someone who goes the extra mile to be so kind, professional, and overall: Human. It's very easy to send the simple, robotic response of "we're gonna take care of it" (This is no disrespect to any other GM, this is my first interaction with a GM ever.) The fact that they seemed like they honestly cared about my experience, and wanted to make sure that they took care of me: Made me feel more confidant than ever, knowing we have such an excellent team with us.
