GM was extremely nice and helpful. The websit link was an http:// and needs updated to the https:// went through the lodestone link because i know it is secure. My only recommendation is to start having GM's in the main city states when you have RMT selling Mogstation items below Mogstation listed prices. I'll help you out by filing 3 formal complaints so the company starts getting help from the countries their servers are in. I'm sure they will be interested in finding those servers being used with stolen player information.
