I was taken into the GM jail today and was visited by GM Ranisseile who was very unhelpful. They didn't answer ANY of my questions, and when I said I had more questions they simple provided a link then kicked me from the area before I was able to copy down ANY of the information that they sent me. They only provided me pre made responses when I was asking questions, which I find to be horrible customer service.
To be told that I did something wrong and then not be told WHAT I did wrong so that I can fix it in the future is just outrageous.
