Quick, efficient and understanding. I've played this game for years and have never come across such toxicity that urged me to have to look up how to even submit a report. I wasn't expecting a reply in the same day to my report. Just another way FFXIV shows they actually care about their player base. Even if it goes nowhere, thank you listening.
