I could pen a whole ballad to sing my appreciation of GM Laghegath, but as this forum doesn't support music embedding (as far as I know, never posted here before) this post will have to suffice instead.
They responded to my ticket quickly, and offered me both time and patience in explaining the issue. Additionally, they were thorough in looking into the matter themselves, as well as apologizing for any negative effects I may have experienced, which is truly above and beyond in consideration of others/players. Their conduct was extremely professional and considerate overall, which is nothing I would have ever expected in an MMO!
