I signed up for a forums account, went through the creation, clicked the link, and everything else just so I could make this post. Recently I made a report about a player and had an excellent conversation with "GM Avensocybe" who responded to me, and took care of it in a nice, and very swift manner. The only GM I've talked to thus far that has given me a response that was not a copy paste from a sheet. Genuinely the best experience with a GM I have ever had in any MMO I've played over the years. FFXIV already has some of the best GMs, as this game is the last one to my knowledge where the GMs are always professional, show themselves to exist and talk to players when necessary, etc. It's one of the things that's made me keep playing this game.
To sum it up, GM Avensocybe if you read this, I want you to know you made my night with how well you handled my support inquiry. Thank you for being so professional, and also giving me a response that was typed out instead of just copying from a script. (Your o7 response made this all even better than it already was).
