Wanted to leave a post regarding Gm Drazilenoteb and their help with an issue pertaining to an in-game problem. 
Their reply was prompt and they were very helpful in forwarding me to the help I need to resolving the problem. They were extremely friendly and took the time to listen and respond to my issue, they were polite as well. I felt like I was talking to family.
This was a positive and memorable experience with how clear and concise they were.
Also for a suggestion: Add more than a one time item recovery. Sometimes bad stuff happens beyond a players control.
