This is a skill I expect would be most useful in dungeon runs. The function is the same as Earthy Star with the wind up. However, it's a buff that's given to the target instead of placed on the ground.
First 10 seconds = 500pot heal
10-20 seconds = 800 pot heal
Shares a cooldown with Earthly Star.
With this ability, you miss out on the 150 AoE damage that you get from Earthly Star, but I believe that's compensated with extra healing, meaning more DPS spells can be cast. This skill eliminates the frustration of tanks not standing inside Earthly Star!
My only concern with this ability is that it would feel similar to Scholar's Excogitation. However, the two abilities are fundamentally different.
