Hey all, I am trying to redownload after unstalling the game to put it onto my new ssd since steam will not move like it did destiny 2, it has crashed with the error saying it cannot download the patch file and never seems to get past 1.5GB of the 47gb for the game.
I have tried restarting the game and it still does it. I am not on a vpn so I should be getting my full download speed but it always drops to 0kbps before stopping.
