Im having trouble logging into the game.
The three requirements:
- Users who have previously purchased and registered FINAL FANTASY XIV. (CHECK! I have all but the upcoming expansion registered aswell.)
- All registered service accounts must be set as inactive during the campaign period. (CHECK! Last time I played was when i bought the last expansion.)
- Registered service account must have been inactive for at least thirty days. (Same as above)
Now, the site says all i have to do is Login using the game launcher but when I do it says I cannot log in because I have no game time. I am so confused. The only thing I can think of is that this account is new because of some naming issue, and I never subbed at all. I just re-bought the game with expansions, played the free time from preordering the last expansion and then got distracted with life so i never got around to subbing. The only thing is that there is no mention of having to have subbed in the requirements...
Help Reddit, you're my only hope.
